Muhammad (ﷺ)
He began with nothing but truth and reshaped the world. If you feel small or alone, remember that a single seed with constant attention can lead to global change.
Sometimes we feel our efforts are insignificant. What can one person do against a world of corruption/pain? The life of the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) is the answer: everything.
The Day of Taif
One of the hardest days of his life was at Taif. He went seeking support but was met with stones. The leaders incited street children to pelt him until his shoes were filled with blood. He collapsed in a garden, bleeding and rejected.
The Angel of Mountains descended, offering to crush the city between two mountains. It was his moment for revenge.
But the Prophet (ﷺ) wiped the blood from his face and said: "No, I hope that Allah will bring forth from their loins people who worship Allah alone."
The Seed that Grew
He started alone in a cave. He was persecuted, boycotted, and exiled. Yet, he never let hatred take root in his heart. He planted seeds of mercy, justice, and brotherhood.
Within 23 years, the warring tribes of Arabia were united. The man who was chased out of Makkah returned not as a conqueror with a sword, but as a liberator with forgiveness.
The Lesson
You don't need a position of power to make a difference; you just need a sincere intention and unwavering character. Do not underestimate the power of your good deeds, your smile, your patience. Be the seed. You may not see the tree, but the shade will last forever.
