This Refund Policy explains how DeenSeed ("DeenSeed," "we," "us") handles refunds and cancellations for fees you pay for our paid educational programs, trials, and related services (collectively, "Paid Services"). It applies together with our Terms of Service and Service Fees page.
1. How fees are charged
Most Paid Services are billed on a recurring subscription basis (for example monthly) unless we agree otherwise in writing. The price in effect at checkout is the price that applies to that purchase, subject to any taxes or third-party payment fees described at payment or on our Service Fees page.
2. Free trial and introductory offers
If we offer a free or discounted trial, we will clearly describe its length and what happens when the trial ends. Unless you cancel before the trial ends in the manner we provide, your Paid Service may convert to a paid subscription at the then-current rate.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring Paid Service at any time through the account or cancellation instructions we provide, or by emailing contact@deenseed.com with your name, email on file, and program details. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund amounts already charged unless Section 4 or applicable law requires a refund.
4. Refund eligibility
Unless a longer period is required by law in your jurisdiction, the following applies:
- Within 7 days of initial purchase or renewal, you may request a full or partial refund if you have not substantially consumed the Paid Service (for example, if no lessons were delivered or you attended fewer than two scheduled sessions). We may verify usage before approving a refund.
- After 7 days, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law, where we failed to deliver the Paid Service as described, or where we elect to offer a credit or refund as a matter of customer support.
- Partial months: If you cancel mid-cycle, you typically retain access until the end of the current billing period; we do not prorate refunds for partial periods unless required by law or we agree otherwise in writing.
5. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method when possible. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer and may take several business days. If the original method is unavailable, we will work with you on a reasonable alternative.
6. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer, that is a chargeback. Please read our Chargeback Policy and contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue without a dispute.
7. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may include additional notice where required by law.
