DeenSeed ("DeenSeed," "we," "us") is an online Islamic education and Dawah platform. Our core services such as Quran, Tajweed, Hifz, Arabic, and Islamic studies classes are delivered digitally through live online sessions. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how digital services are delivered and how we ship physical completion certificates to students who graduate from our programs. It applies together with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
1. Digital service delivery
Because our classes and programs are provided online, there is no physical shipment involved in attending lessons. After enrollment and payment confirmation, you receive class schedules, meeting links, and learning materials by email or through the contact channel you provided. Access is typically arranged within 1–2 business days of confirming your plan.
2. Certificate of completion
Students who successfully complete an eligible program (for example completing the Quran, a Hifz milestone, or a course that includes a certificate) receive a Certificate of Completion. We provide certificates in two forms:
- Digital certificate — a PDF certificate sent to your registered email at no additional cost, usually within 7–14 business days of program completion and verification.
- Printed certificate (worldwide delivery) — on request, we ship a printed certificate to graduates anywhere in the world via postal mail or courier.
3. Where we ship
We deliver printed certificates worldwide to our graduating students. Delivery is made to the postal address provided by the student at the time the certificate is requested. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, as we are not responsible for items lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
4. Processing and delivery times
Estimated timelines after a printed certificate is requested and the student's completion is verified:
- Processing & printing: 3–7 business days.
- Within Pakistan: approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- International delivery: approximately 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination, courier, and local customs.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
5. Shipping costs
Digital certificates are free. For printed certificates, any printing and courier/postage charges will be clearly communicated to you before dispatch. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Tracking
Where the courier service provides tracking, we will share the tracking details with you by email after your certificate is dispatched so you can follow its progress.
7. Lost, delayed, or damaged certificates
If your printed certificate is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or does not arrive, please contact us at contact@deenseed.com. We will investigate with the courier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement certificate. A digital copy is always available as a backup.
8. Address changes
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We can only change the address before the certificate has been dispatched.
