This Return Policy explains what can and cannot be returned at DeenSeed ("DeenSeed," "we," "us"). DeenSeed is an online Islamic education platform, so most of what we offer is digital educational services rather than physical goods. This policy works together with our Refund Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Terms of Service.
1. Digital services are non-returnable
Our classes, courses, and programs are delivered as live online sessions and digital learning. Once a lesson or session has been delivered, it cannot be "returned." Instead, your protection comes from our Refund Policy, which describes when you may be eligible for a refund or credit (for example, within 7 days of purchase if the service has not been substantially used).
2. Free trial
We offer a free trial so you can experience our teaching before you pay. We encourage every student to use the trial to make sure the program is the right fit, which reduces the need for returns or refunds later.
3. Printed certificates
Completion certificates are personalized documents prepared specifically for an individual graduate. For this reason, printed certificates are not returnable. However, we stand behind their quality:
- If your certificate arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost.
- If your certificate contains an error made by us (such as a misspelled name), we will correct and reissue it free of charge.
- If a printed certificate is lost in transit, please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for how we handle replacements.
4. How to request a replacement or correction
To request a replacement or correction, email contact@deenseed.com within 14 days of receiving your certificate. Please include your full name, the program you completed, your order/enrollment details, and clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
5. Refunds
Any monetary refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
6. Changes
We may update this Return Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
