Prophet
Sulaiman (AS)
He ruled with wisdom, understood the language of birds, and still thanked Allah for every gift. Power without gratitude is emptiness.
Some people fear poverty. Others are tested by wealth and authority. Sulaiman (AS) shows how a believer carries power: with justice, wonder, and praise.
Gifts Beyond Measure
Allah gave Sulaiman a kingdom unlike any other — wind, jinn, and understanding of birds among His signs. He did not boast. He asked for a kingdom that would suit him as a servant of Allah, and he stayed grateful.
The Ant and the Queen
He smiled at the warning of an ant and diverted his army so the creatures would not be crushed. He exchanged letters with the Queen of Sheba and invited her to Islam with wisdom, not arrogance. Leadership, in his hands, protected the weak and invited hearts.
"My Lord, enable me to be grateful for Your favour which You have bestowed upon me and upon my parents…"(Quran 27:19)
The Lesson
Whatever you manage — a home, a team, a wallet — ask: am I grateful, and am I just? The greatest throne is a heart that remembers Allah when it is full, not only when it is empty.
